A letter from our kitchen

For more than three decades, the kitchen at Lenzerheide Restaurant has been the heart of one of Adelaide’s most enduring fine dining institutions.

Since opening in 1989, generations of talented chefs have worked within its walls, united by a shared philosophy of exceptional quality, precision, and respect for the finest South Australian produce. Every dish that leaves the pass reflects a commitment to craftsmanship, consistency, and creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.

In 2017, Lenzerheide entered a new chapter under the ownership of Timothy Pearson and Mark Gaston, both of whom had longstanding connections to the restaurant and its traditions. Today, the kitchen continues to honour its rich heritage while embracing contemporary techniques and seasonal creativity. The result is a dining experience that remains true to Lenzerheide’s legacy.

Where history, passion, and exceptional food come together to create something truly timeless.
